ARK server not showing up in the list? New servers can take hours or even days to appear in the unofficial list. Until then, add your QUERY IP and PORT to Steam favourites and join from there.
Here is why your ARK Survival Evolved server may be missing from the unofficial list, and what you can do about it.
Why your ARK server is not showing up in the list
- New servers take time to appear in the master list inside ARK Survival. They can sometimes appear right away, or it can take some hours, maybe even days.
- Until it appears in the master list, you can add your "QUERY IP and PORT" to your Steam servers via the View menu of Steam, then open ARK and join via Favorites, using this GUIDE. You find them under QUERY INFO in your game panel.
- Make sure to keep Steam updated and your mods fully updated, so the server can also appear in the list.
If after the first few days it does not appear in the unofficial list, contact our support team via our support ticket system in the client area, and we can assist you further.
ARK server list questions
Why is my ARK server not showing up in the list?
New servers can take some hours, sometimes days, to appear in ARK's unofficial master list. Outdated Steam or mods can also keep it off the list. Until it shows, join through Steam favourites with your query IP and port.
Can I join my server before it appears in the list?
Yes. Add your query IP and port as a Steam favourite, then join from the Favorites tab in ARK, or use direct connect: see how to connect to your ARK server from Steam. Playing on Epic? See connect from the Epic Games Store.
Can I list my server on other sites?
Yes, for example on ARKServers or GameTracker, so more players can find it.
