No DarkRP download needed: install DarkRP on your Garry's Mod server from the game panel's Mod Manager, set the gamemode to darkrp in Start.bat and start the server.
DarkRP is the classic roleplay gamemode for Garry's Mod. On a GTX server it is a one-click install, so you don't have to download and upload the DarkRP files yourself.
How to install DarkRP on your Garry's Mod server
- Stop server.
- Go to Mod Manager and install DarkRP from inside the GameModes section.
- Go to the Configuration Files button, edit the
Start.batfile and selectdarkrpunder the gamemode field. - Start server.
Want a different gamemode later? Stop the server, select it under the same gamemode field in Start.bat and start the server again.

Do I need a DarkRP download for my server?
