Generate a Factorio custom map on your server: set your options in map-gen-settings.json and map-settings.json, press Wipe Server and start the server to create the new map.
The two files control how your Factorio world is built: map-gen-settings.json sets the world generation and map-settings.json sets how the map behaves once it runs. A new map is only generated after a wipe, so the steps below end with a fresh world.
