Avorion UI scaling warning when you launch the game? Fix it in Windows: open the properties of avorion.exe and override the high DPI scaling so it is performed by the Application.

How to fix the Avorion UI scaling issue
Close Avorion first, then in your Avorion Steam folder:
- Go to
steamapps\common\Avorion\bin - Right-click
avorion.exe. - Go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Click high DPI settings.
- Check both boxes:
- "Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Setting"
- "Override High DPI scaling behavior." and set "scaling performed by" to "Application"
- Click Ok.
- Click Apply.
- Then click Ok.
Start Avorion again: the warning should be gone and your resolution should look as configured.
Can't find the folder? In Steam, right-click Avorion in your library and choose Manage › Browse local files, then open the bin folder.

How do I fix the Avorion UI scaling warning?
Right-click avorion.exe in steamapps\common\Avorion\bin, open Properties, go to the Compatibility tab and click high DPI settings. Tick both boxes, set scaling performed by to Application, then click Ok, Apply and Ok.
Does this change anything on my Avorion server?
No. It is a Windows display setting for the game on your own PC. Your server and its settings are not affected.
