This guide will help you on how to install mods on your ark survival ascended server
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL COSMETIC MODS, COSMETIC MODS ARE CLIENT SIDE ONLY!
- Stop your server
- Navigate to curseforge button on your gamepanel
- search and install your mods
- navigate to commandlines button on your gamepanel and click Custom Commandlines
- Create a new commandline (If you have one set already delete and create a new one)
- The mods will automatically be added to the modline just set the name of the commandline (Use the map name you are using as its easier to know what commandline it is)
- Save and select the commandline then start your server.
- Done
NOTE: DO NOT EDIT GAMEUSERSETTINGS.INI WHILE INSTALLING MODS!
IF MODS ARE NOT BEING ADDED TO THE CUSTOM COMMANDLINE IT MEANS GAMEUSERSETTINGSA.INI HAS BEEN MODIFIED WHICH MEANS MODS NEED TO BE UNINSTALLED FULLY THEN INSTALLED AGAIN
