Why your Conan Exiles server is disconnecting everyone
A server that disconnects everyone can have two causes:
- The server is crashing. This is the most common cause: the server crashes and kicks everyone out.
- Connection stability. A problem with the connection between the players and the server.
Run through the checks below to be sure you have everything set up correctly and avoid this issue.
Checks to stop the disconnects
- Press STOP and untick (disable) BattlEye in Configuration Files ›
ServerSettings.ini. When this guide was written, the developers were recommending to disable BattlEye for now. - Check that you have the correct Region set in Configuration Files ›
ServerSettings.ini. - If it's only you getting disconnected from your server, make sure you are not behind any firewall or connected to a weak Wi-Fi network.

Press START again after you change ServerSettings.ini, then test whether players stay connected.
