How to wipe a server automatically: create a Wipe Server scheduled task in your control panel, choose what to wipe and how often, for example every 12 hours, and save.
The Wipe Server task stops your server, wipes what you selected and starts the server again, on a schedule you choose.
How to wipe a server on a schedule
- Go to the Scheduled Tasks tab in your control panel (called Schedule Tasks in older panel versions).
- Create a new scheduled task and select the Wipe Server option.
- Give it a name of your choice, for example 12 Hour Wipe Server.
- Select the date/hour you want the next server wipe to happen (see the server time note below).
- Select Recur Every: 1 Days.
- Select the Repeat task option.
- Select Repeat Every: 12 hours.
- Select For: 24 Hours.
- Switch to the Script Parameters tab and select what you want to wipe. Don't forget to also accept the confirmation.
- Save the task.
Server time: you can see the current server hour when you create the task. The hour shown in the hour field is the current server hour plus a 10 minute margin. Compare that hour with your local hour to set the hour you want the next wipe to run.
In this example the server is wiped every 12 hours. For any other number of hours, change Repeat Every from 12 hours to the number of hours you want.
The server is stopped while this task runs, so keep that in mind when you set it up. Because it stops the server and starts it back after the wipe, the task also restarts your server.

How do I wipe a server automatically?
Create a Wipe Server task under Scheduled Tasks, set the start time, Recur Every 1 Days, tick Repeat task and set Repeat Every (for example 12 hours) For 24 Hours. In the Script Parameters tab choose what to wipe, accept the confirmation and save.
Does a wipe task restart my server?
Yes. The server is stopped while the task runs and started again afterwards, so the wipe also works as a restart.
Can I get my world back after a wipe?
