Install OpenMod plugins on your Unturned server in two parts: add OpenMod from the Mod Manager, then install each plugin with one openmod install command in the Web Console.
OpenMod is a plugin framework for Unturned servers, an alternative to RocketMod. Its plugins are NuGet packages, so you install them by package name straight from the server console.
1. Install OpenMod for OpenMod plugins on your Unturned server
- Stop your server: press STOP in the game panel.
- Go to Mod Manager and install OpenMod.
- Start your server to generate all files.
2. Install OpenMod plugins
- Open the Web Console button.
- Go to the OPEN MOD PLUGINS SITE and choose a plugin. Note its package name.
- Type
openmod install <pluginname>and press Enter. Example:openmod install Kr4ken.NewEssentials
Use the plugin's package name exactly as the plugins site shows it, for example Kr4ken.NewEssentials. Read each plugin's page for its own setup steps and config files.

How do I install OpenMod plugins on Unturned?
First install OpenMod from the Mod Manager in the game panel and start the server once. Then open the Web Console, pick a plugin on the OpenMod plugins site and type openmod install followed by the plugin's package name, for example openmod install Kr4ken.NewEssentials.
Where do I find OpenMod plugins?
On the OpenMod plugins site, openmod.github.io/openmod-plugins/search. Each plugin there shows the package name you use in the install command.
Can I use Rocket plugins instead?
