How to find your XUID in Minecraft Bedrock: start your server, open the Web Console, join the server, and your player entry appears there with your XUID next to it.

Your XUID is your Xbox user ID, a number linked to your Microsoft account. Bedrock Dedicated Server uses it to know who you are, for example to make you an operator (admin) in permissions.json.

How to find your XUID on your Minecraft Bedrock server

  1. Start your server.
  2. In the game panel, press the Web Console button and leave that window open.
  3. Join your server. You will see your player entry and your XUID in the Web Console window.
  4. Copy the XUID number. You need it to add yourself as an operator in Bedrock.

No need for an online XUID finder or checker: your own server shows the XUID of every player who joins. Ask your friends to join once and you can copy theirs from the Web Console too.

Start your Bedrock server, open the Web Console in the GTX game panel and keep it open, then join the server. Your player entry appears in the Web Console with your XUID next to it.

What is an XUID used for?

An XUID is the Xbox user ID behind your Minecraft Bedrock account. On a Bedrock server you use it in permissions.json to give a player the operator, member or visitor permission level.
