1. Start server and let it go online
2. Go to Game Panel and press Web Console button
3. In Web Console type: workshop_download 2991513099 it will download the map to your server
4. Confirm map it's on the list with the command: maps *
5. Change to that map with the command: changelevel nmo_memorial
