A) FROM THE GAME PANEL

Start your server
Go to your game panel and Press the Web Console button
Type your command

B) FROM INSIDE GAME

Start your server
Join your server
Open the Admin Console
Type the command: rcon_password "your_rcon_password" (define it inside the server.cfg file)
Then type the command you want, example: rcon changelevel nmo_chinatown
