Use the server database editor to change your Conan Exiles server database: install Database Editor from the Mod Manager, sync before editing, make your changes, then sync after editing and start the server.
Your Conan Exiles world is saved in a database on your server. The Database Editor tool in the game panel lets you open that database and edit it, as long as you sync it before and after your changes.
Make a backup first, so you can go back if an edit goes wrong. See How to back up your game server.
How to use the server database editor
- Stop server.
- Go to Mod Manager and install Database Editor under Advanced Tools.
- Go to the Database Editor button, select the Before Editing Sync option and execute.
- Go to the Server Details button, select the Database Editor Details option and execute.
- Open Database Editor using the details given in the previous step.
- Edit what you desire in your database using Database Editor.
- Go to the Database Editor button, select the After Editing Sync option and execute.
- Start server.
Keep the server stopped from step 1 until the After Editing Sync has run. Don't skip either sync: the editor needs your latest database before you start, and your changes need the second sync to reach the server.

Where do I find the server database editor?
Install it in the game panel: go to Mod Manager and install Database Editor under Advanced Tools. After that you get a Database Editor button with the Before Editing Sync and After Editing Sync options, and the login details are under Server Details, Database Editor Details.
Do I have to stop my server to edit the database?
Yes. Stop the server before the Before Editing Sync and only start it again after the After Editing Sync, so the running server doesn't overwrite your edits.
An edit broke my server. Can I undo it?
