This guide will help you on why your ARK Survival Evolved server doesn't show on the unofficial list.
1. New servers take time to appear in the master list inside Ark Survival. They can sometimes appear right away or can take some hours, maybe even days.
2. Until it appears in the master list you can add your "QUERY IP and PORT" to your Steam servers via the view menu of Steam then open Ark and join via Favorites, using this GUIDE.
3. Make sure to keep Steam updated and mods fully updated for it to appear in the list also.
