How to open a ticket
- Log in to the GTX Gaming client area.
- Go to the Submit Ticket page.
- Choose a support department: Open Support Ticket for help with a service you have, or Open Sales Ticket if you have a question before ordering.
- Fill in the Subject, choose a Priority and describe the problem in Message. You can add attachments, such as screenshots.
- Click Submit.
Help us help you faster: say which server or service it's about, what you were doing and what went wrong, and add any error message. Never share any password in a ticket.

Log in to the GTX Gaming client area, go to Submit Ticket, choose Open Support Ticket (or Open Sales Ticket for questions before ordering), fill in the subject, priority and message, and click Submit.
