View your server details in the GTX game panel: press Server Details to see your passwords, ports and other details in one place. No button for your game? Your welcome email has them.
How to view your server details in the GTX game panel
- Log in to the game panel and open your server.
- Press the Server Details button.
- Select the type of details you want to view from the drop-down and press Execute.
With the Server Details button you have all your server details in one place.
Some games don't have Server Details button support. If your server doesn't support it, you can view your server details in the welcome email you received when the server was first ordered.
Other places to find your details
- Connection details: the Connection & Controls box on your server's main page in the game panel shows CONNECTION INFO, SFTP INFO, QUERY INFO and RCON INFO.
- Game panel login: your username and password are in the welcome email. You can also open Services › My Services in the Client Area, click your server and copy the Default Password field.

Where do I find my server details in the GTX game panel?
Open your server in the game panel at gamepanel.gtxgaming.co.uk, press Server Details, pick the type of details from the drop-down and press Execute.
My game has no Server Details button. Where are my details?
Some games don't support the Server Details button. Your server details are in the welcome email you received when the server was first ordered, and your connection details are shown in the Connection & Controls box in the game panel.
I lost my welcome email. How do I get my game panel password?
Log in to the Client Area, open Services, then My Services, click your server and copy the Default Password field. If you changed the password since, use game panel password recovery or open a support ticket.
