Upgrade or downgrade your GTX web hosting from the Client Area: open your web hosting account under My Services, use the Upgrade/Downgrade options menu, change the options and continue.
How to upgrade or downgrade your web hosting account
- Go to our website.
- Log in to your client area.
- Go to Services › My Services in the top menu bar.
- Open the web hosting account you want to upgrade or downgrade from the list.
- Click the Upgrade/Downgrade options menu on the right.
- Change the options field you want to upgrade or downgrade and press the Click to Continue button. (*)
(*) After an upgrade, an invoice with the price difference will be generated. Once it is paid, just restart your server to apply the new options.

How do I upgrade my web hosting?
Log in to the client area, go to Services and My Services, open your web hosting account and click the Upgrade/Downgrade options menu on the right. Change the options you want and press Click to Continue.
Do I pay the full price again when I upgrade?
No. After an upgrade, an invoice with the price difference is generated. Once it is paid, restart your server to apply the new options.
Can I downgrade my web hosting the same way?
Yes. Use the same Upgrade/Downgrade options menu, pick the lower options and press Click to Continue.
