Upgrade your server's player slots, or downgrade them, yourself in the Client Area: change the Slots option under Upgrade/Downgrade Options, pay any difference and restart the server.

Your group getting bigger? Add slots so everyone can join. Fewer players than you thought? Drop to a smaller slots package.

How to upgrade or downgrade your player slots

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Go to Services › My Services in the top menu bar.
  3. Click the service you want to upgrade or downgrade in the list.
  4. Press Upgrade/Downgrade Options in the menu on the left.
  5. Change the Slots field to the new number of slots you want and press the Click to Continue button.
  6. Restart your server (see the note below).

Upgrading the SLOTS? An invoice with the price difference is generated. Once it's paid, just restart your server to apply the new slots.

Change more than slots

The same Upgrade/Downgrade Options page also changes your RAM, CPU, hardware package and server location:

A hardware package change or a location move can put your server on another machine, so your IP and port may change. Check CONNECTION INFO in the game panel afterwards.

Player slots questions

How do I upgrade the player slots on my server?

In the Client Area open Services › My Services, click your server, press Upgrade/Downgrade Options, pick the new Slots number and press Click to Continue. Pay the invoice for the difference, then restart the server.

I paid but the server still shows the old slot count. What now?

Restart the server: the new slots only apply on a fresh start. If the player limit still hasn't changed, open a ticket and we'll check it.

Can I change my slots again later?

Yes. Go back to Upgrade/Downgrade Options whenever you like and pick a different number of slots.
