Upgrade the RAM on your game server, or downgrade it, yourself in the Client Area: change the RAM option under Upgrade/Downgrade Options, pay any difference and restart the server.
More RAM helps when your server runs lots of mods, a big map or plenty of players. Going smaller is just as easy if you don't need it all.
How to upgrade the RAM on your server
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Go to Services › My Services in the top menu bar.
- Click the service you want to upgrade or downgrade in the list.
- Press Upgrade/Downgrade Options in the menu on the left.
- Change the RAM field to the new configuration you want and press the Click to Continue button.
- Restart your server (see the note below).
Upgrading the RAM? An invoice with the price difference is generated. Once it's paid, just restart your server to apply the new RAM.
Change more than RAM
The same Upgrade/Downgrade Options page also changes your player slots, CPU, hardware package and server location:

A hardware package change or a location move can put your server on another machine, so your IP and port may change. Check CONNECTION INFO in the game panel afterwards.
RAM upgrade questions
How do I upgrade the RAM on my game server?
In the Client Area open Services › My Services, click your server, press Upgrade/Downgrade Options, pick the new RAM option and press Click to Continue. Pay the invoice for the difference, then restart the server.
Can I change my RAM again later?
Yes. Go back to Upgrade/Downgrade Options whenever you like and pick a bigger or smaller RAM option.
Do I need more RAM?
Open Activity and Stats in the game panel while your server is busy. If memory sits close to the top, more RAM will help. Not sure? Open a ticket and our team will take a look.
I paid but my server still has the old RAM. What now?
Restart the server: the new RAM only applies on a fresh start. If it still looks the same, open a ticket and we'll check it.
