Use Palworld dedicated server admin commands: set an Admin Password in Configuration Files, join, type /adminpassword in chat, then kick, ban, teleport, save or shut down the server from the chat box.
Palworld dedicated server admin commands: become admin first
- Press STOP on your server.
- Go to your game panel and press the Configuration Files button. Define your Admin Password and press Save & Exit at the end.
- Press START and wait a few minutes for the server to go online. Then join it, following this guide: How to connect to my Palworld server.
- Once inside your server, press the ENTER key to open the chat and type
/adminpassword PASS_YOU_DEFINED_ON_STEP_2, replacing the last part with the password you set in step 2.
- If the password was entered successfully, you get a confirmation message and you are now admin.
- You can now type admin commands in the chat. All available admin commands are listed below.
Keep your Admin Password private. Anyone who knows it can kick, ban and shut down your server.
Palworld admin command list
Type these in the chat once you are admin. Replace the parts in curly brackets with your own values.
/Shutdown {Seconds} {MessageText}- The server shuts down after the number of Seconds. Players are notified with your MessageText./DoExit- Force stop the server./Broadcast {MessageText}- Send a message to all players on the server./KickPlayer {SteamID}- Kick a player from the server./BanPlayer {SteamID}- BAN a player from the server./TeleportToPlayer {SteamID}- Teleport to the current location of the target player./TeleportToMe {SteamID}- Teleport the target player to your current location./ShowPlayers- Show information on all connected players./Info- Show server information./Save- Save the world data.

/UnBanPlayer {SteamID}- Unban a player from the server./ToggleSpectate- Switch to spectator mode.
Use /Save before a /Shutdown or /DoExit, so no progress is lost. /ShowPlayers is the quickest way to look up a player before you kick or ban them.

How do I use admin commands on a Palworld dedicated server?
Stop the server, set an Admin Password in Configuration Files and press Save & Exit. Start the server, join it, press ENTER to open the chat and type /adminpassword followed by your password. After the confirmation message you can type admin commands such as /KickPlayer, /BanPlayer, /Broadcast and /Save in the chat.
Why does /adminpassword not work?
Check that you typed exactly the password you saved in Configuration Files, and that you stopped the server before you changed it and started it again afterwards.
How do I unban a player in Palworld?
Become admin with /adminpassword, then type /UnBanPlayer followed by the player's SteamID in the chat. This command is part of Pocketpair's official admin command list.
