Let Xbox and PS5 players join
- Make sure the Community Server option is enabled in
Start.batand that your server has a unique name inPalWorldSettings.ini. The steps are in How to connect to your Palworld dedicated game server. - Players open Palworld, go to Join Multiplayer Game and search for your server name in the Community Servers tab.
- Steam players can also type the server's IP:PORT from CONNECTION INFO in the game panel and press Connect.
Which platforms may join is set by CrossplayPlatforms in PalWorldSettings.ini. Pocketpair's default is (Steam,Xbox,PS5,Mac), as listed in the official server settings docs. Remove a platform from the list only if you want to keep it out. See How to change your Palworld server settings.
Every player needs the same game version as the server. After a Palworld update, console and PC players should update their game before joining.

Can you make a Palworld server on Xbox?
You can't run a Palworld dedicated server on the Xbox itself. Rent a Palworld dedicated server instead: GTX servers come with crossplay enabled, so Xbox, PS5 and Steam players all join the same world.
