Upgrade or downgrade your ARK server hardware package yourself in the Client Area: pick the new Hardware option under Upgrade/Downgrade Options, pay any difference and restart the server.
Adding players, mods or maps to your ARK Survival Evolved server? A bigger hardware package gives it more headroom; a smaller one saves money when things are quiet.
How to upgrade or downgrade your ARK server hardware
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Go to the Services › My Services menu at the top menu bar.
- Click on the service you want to upgrade or downgrade from the list.
- Click on Upgrade/Downgrade Options in the left menu.
- Change the Hardware fields to the new configuration you want and press the Click to Continue button.
- Restart your server (*).
(*) If you are upgrading the Hardware, an invoice with the price difference will be generated. Once paid, just restart your server to apply the new hardware.
Your IP and port may change. A hardware package change can move your server to another machine. Afterwards, check the connection addresses in the game panel and update your favourites and anything you've shared with your players.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my ARK server hardware?
In the Client Area, open Services, then My Services, click your ARK server and press Upgrade/Downgrade Options. Change the Hardware field, press Click to Continue, pay the invoice if you upgraded and restart your server.
When does the new hardware apply?
For an upgrade, once the invoice with the price difference is paid and you restart your server. Your server may move to another machine, so check your IP and port afterwards.
Does this downgrade my ARK game version?
