How to upgrade or downgrade your for your ARK Survival Evolved server RAM package Print

This guide will help you how to upgrade or downgrade your ARK Survival Evolved server RAM package.

1. Log in to your Client Area
2. Go to Services > My Services menu at the top menu bar
3. Click on the service you want to upgrade or downgrade from the list
4. Click on the Upgrade/Downgrade Options from the left menu
5. Change the RAM field to the new configuration you want and press the Click to Continue button 
6. Restart your server(*)

(*) If you are upgrading the RAM, an invoice with the price difference will be generated. Once paid, just restart your server to apply the new ram.
