Allocate more RAM to your ARK Survival Evolved server yourself: in the Client Area, open Upgrade/Downgrade Options, change the RAM field, pay any difference and restart the server.
Big maps, lots of mods and busy tribes all need memory. You can upgrade or downgrade the RAM package of your ARK Survival Evolved server whenever you need to.
How to allocate more RAM to your ARK server
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Go to Services › My Services in the top menu bar.
- Click the service you want to upgrade or downgrade in the list.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade Options in the menu on the left.
- Change the RAM field to the new configuration you want and press the Click to Continue button.
- Restart your server (*).
(*) If you are upgrading the RAM, an invoice with the price difference will be generated. Once it's paid, just restart your server to apply the new RAM.

How do I allocate more RAM to my ARK server?
In the Client Area open Services, then My Services, click your ARK server and press Upgrade/Downgrade Options. Change the RAM field, press Click to Continue, pay the invoice for the price difference and restart your server.
When does the new RAM apply?
After the upgrade invoice is paid and you restart your server. The new RAM applies on a fresh start.
Can I downgrade my ARK server RAM later?
Yes. Use the same Upgrade/Downgrade Options page and pick a smaller RAM configuration.
