Upgrade or downgrade your ARK Survival Evolved server slots yourself in the Client Area: change the Slots field under Upgrade/Downgrade Options, pay any difference and restart the server.
Tribe getting bigger? Add player slots to your ARK Survival Evolved server so everyone can join. Fewer survivors than planned? Drop to a smaller SLOTS package the same way.

How to upgrade or downgrade your ARK server slots
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Go to the Services › My Services menu in the top menu bar.
- Click the service you want to upgrade or downgrade in the list.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade Options in the menu on the left.
- Change the Slots field to the new slots number you want and press the Click to Continue button.
- Restart your server (*).
(*) If you are upgrading the SLOTS, an invoice with the price difference will be generated. Once it's paid, just restart your server to apply the new slots.
Change more than slots
The same Upgrade/Downgrade Options page also changes your RAM, CPU and hardware package:
- Upgrade or downgrade your ARK server RAM package
- Upgrade or downgrade your ARK server CPU package
- Upgrade or downgrade your ARK server hardware package
A hardware package change can move your server to another machine, so your IP and port may change. Check CONNECTION INFO in the game panel afterwards.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my ARK Survival Evolved server slots?
In the Client Area open Services, then My Services, click your ARK server and press Upgrade/Downgrade Options. Change the Slots field and press Click to Continue. Pay the invoice for any difference, then restart the server.
When do the new slots go live?
For an upgrade, once the invoice with the price difference is paid. Then restart your server to apply the new slots.
