Delete a payment method or saved credit/debit card in the GTX Gaming Client Area under Billing > Payment Methods. You can manage and remove every card and payment method you have set up with us there.
How to delete a payment method or card
- Log in to our client area.
- Go to Billing › Payment Methods. Direct link here: https://www.gtxgaming.co.uk/clientarea/account/paymentmethods
- Here you can delete and manage cards and payment methods you have set up with us. Find the card or payment method you want to remove and delete it.

Payment method questions
How do I delete a payment method or card from my GTX account?
Log in to the GTX Gaming Client Area and go to Billing, then Payment Methods. All the cards and payment methods you have set up with us are listed there, and you can delete or manage each one.
Will deleting my card cancel my server?
No. Your service stays active and renewal invoices are still sent about 7 days before the due date. Pay them by card, PayPal or bank transfer. Unpaid services end at 6 days overdue, so cancel the service itself if you no longer need it.
How do I stop PayPal paying automatically?
A PayPal subscription is managed in your PayPal account, not under Payment Methods. Follow How to cancel a PayPal subscription.
