How do I change my server name
To change your game server name, stop your server from the control panel, open the Configuration Files section, locate and edit the file that contains your server name, save the changes, and then start your server again.
How long does activation take after purchase
After placing your order, game servers usually take up to 15 minutes to install. VPS servers may take 15 to 20 minutes, and dedicated machines can take up to 24 hours depending on the hardware setup and availability.
How can I configure my server settings
You can configure your server through the Configuration Files tab in your control panel. Make sure the server is stopped before making any changes, otherwise they will not apply.
Why does my server show as “Unknown”
If your server shows as “Unknown”, it is usually caused by a temporary control panel update and should resolve automatically after a few minutes. If it does not, please open a support ticket so our team can check it for you.
How can I switch my game server to another game
If the game supports it, you can switch it directly from the control panel using the Switch Game button. If that option is not available, open a support ticket and our team can switch it for you.
How can I view my server logs
Server logs can be accessed through the Log Viewer button on your control panel. You can either stream the logs live or download them for later review.
How can I switch my server location
To switch your server to another location, please open a support ticket and include the new location you want. Our team will handle the transfer for you.
How can I reinstall my server
You can reinstall your server by opening the Actions tab in your control panel and selecting the Reinstall option from the dropdown menu. Confirm the action and wait for the installation to complete.
How can I wipe my server
If your game supports it, you can wipe your server using the Wipe Server button in your control panel.
How can I cluster ARK servers
ARK servers can be clustered through our support system. You will need at least two servers under your account in order to create a cluster.
Why aren’t my configuration changes applying
Changes made while the server is running will not apply. Make sure to stop the server first before saving your configuration changes.
I paid late but my server still shows suspended or terminated
If your payment was late and your server remains suspended or terminated, please contact our support team. Once payment is confirmed, we can reactivate or recreate your server as needed.
