+The Complete Guide to Blind Descent Server Hosting in Australia & Worldwide
Everything you need to know about Blind Descent server hosting with GTX Gaming in Australia or worldwide: what the game is, co-op for up to four players, what we plan to offer and how to get ready for launch.
What Is Blind Descent Server Hosting?
A Blind Descent server is a private server for Blind Descent, so a co-op world keeps going on its own machine instead of on a player's PC. This is what GTX Gaming plans to offer for Blind Descent: you would rent it by the month, invite your friends, and your world would be there when you log in.
Blind Descent launches in Early Access on 2 December 2026. A server like this needs dedicated server files from the developer, and Pokuch has not announced them yet. We will offer Blind Descent server hosting as soon as the developer releases dedicated server files, and we will update this page when Blind Descent servers are available to order.
What Is Blind Descent?
Blind Descent is an open-world survival adventure from the developer Pokuch, published by META Publishing. A team of up to four pioneers is sent on a reconnaissance mission into the depths of Mars, and what should have been a routine expedition turns into a fight for survival. Deep below the surface you find a living, reactive ecosystem, and you set out to find clues about the missing pioneer team that came before you.
With the help of your AI assistant you scan and study the lifeforms around you to gather resources and craft tools. You find the lost team's abandoned base, clear it and make it yours, and you have to keep it maintained, because vines, fungal growths and creeping alien organisms soon overtake a base that is neglected. Underground storms, toxic gases and aggressive creatures test you on every trip. Then you choose how to adapt: use science and crafted equipment to stay human, or undergo mutations and become part of the alien ecosystem. You can read the full description on the official Blind Descent Steam page.
Playing Blind Descent Co-op With Friends
Blind Descent supports online co-op for up to four players, which is the game's own limit. Your crew gathers resources, builds shelters and explores the underground world together, and the developers describe survival as depending on the shared adaptation of the whole team. A private server would suit a group like this because the world can stay available while players come and go, and nobody has to leave their PC running for the rest of the group to play.
Every player needs their own copy of Blind Descent. The game is Windows only, and the Steam page lists a 64-bit Windows 11 system with 16GB of RAM as the minimum for the game itself.
What We Plan to Offer
- A server that matches the game: room for up to 4 players, the limit of Blind Descent co-op.
- Enterprise DDoS protection: the same mitigation that protects every GTX Gaming game server.
- 24/7 support: real people on live chat and tickets, any time of day.
- The GTX control panel: our browser panel for starting, stopping and managing your server. The exact tools available for Blind Descent will be listed here once Blind Descent servers are available and we have tested them.
We only describe what we have confirmed. Anything that depends on how Blind Descent servers work is added to this page when we have tested it on a live server.
How Much Does Blind Descent Server Hosting Cost in Australia?
There is no price yet because Blind Descent servers are not available to order. We do not list a price for something you cannot buy, and prices will be announced on this page when Blind Descent servers are available.
How to Get Ready for Blind Descent
These steps make launch day smoother:
- Check your PC: Steam lists Windows 11 (64-bit), an Intel Core i3, 16GB of RAM, a DirectX 12 graphics card with 2GB of video memory and 40GB of storage as the minimum, and an i5 or better with 32GB of RAM and a graphics card with 6GB of video memory as recommended. The game runs on DirectX 12 only.
- Everyone needs the game: each player in your group needs their own copy of Blind Descent.
- Pick your group: the game is built for up to four players, so decide who is joining before you start.
- Watch this page: we will update it when Blind Descent servers are available.
Early Access means the developers will keep changing the game after launch, so expect updates. Follow the developers' announcements on the Blind Descent news page on Steam.
