ATMOSFAR Server Hosting for a Sky-High Co-op Adventure
ATMOSFAR is an open world survival adventure on an alien planet of floating islands, and it is built for solo play or online co-op with up to four players. Hosting is something we plan to offer, so a group can keep its world running on a server.

What Is ATMOSFAR Server Hosting?
An ATMOSFAR server is a private server for ATMOSFAR, so a co-op world keeps going on its own machine instead of on a player's PC. This is what GTX Gaming plans to offer for ATMOSFAR: you would rent it by the month, invite your friends, and your world would be there when you log in.
ATMOSFAR launches in Steam Early Access on 29 October 2026. A server like this needs dedicated server files from the developer, and Apog Labs has not announced them yet. We will open ATMOSFAR hosting when the developer releases dedicated server files, and we will update this page when ATMOSFAR servers are available to order.
What Is ATMOSFAR?
ATMOSFAR is an open world survival adventure from Apog Labs, an indie studio in Malmö, Sweden, published by Shueisha Games. It is set on Tycos, an alien planet of floating islands and soaring beasts, and you set out to uncover the fate of humanity's final outpost, a colony that has collapsed.
You travel the skies in the Wasp, an agile flying craft built in four classes with their own abilities, and bring the Cloud Cruiser along: a large mobile airbase with a hangar for your Wasps, a lounge you furnish yourself and a helm you can pilot. You extract scrap, turn it into parts, fuel and new equipment, and keep an eye on electricity, fuel and oxygen, because your backpack's life support powers both you and your tools. Playing ATMOSFAR Co-op With Friends
ATMOSFAR supports online co-op for up to four players, which is the game's own limit. You can hitch a ride on a friend's Wasp, fly in formation and build and manage one shared Cloud Cruiser together. A private server would suit a group like this because the world can stay available while players come and go, and nobody has to leave their PC running for the rest of the group to play.
Every player needs their own copy of ATMOSFAR on Steam. The game is Windows only, and the Steam page lists a 64-bit Windows 10 system with 8GB of RAM as the minimum for the game itself.

How to Get Ready for ATMOSFAR
These steps make launch day smoother:
- Check your PC: Steam lists Windows 10 (64-bit), an Intel Core i5-7500 or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X, 8GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 or AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT and 25GB of storage as the minimum, and a stronger system with 16GB of RAM as recommended.
- Everyone needs the game: each player in your group needs their own copy on Steam.
- Pick your group: the game is built for up to four players, so decide who is joining before you start.
- Watch this page: we will update it when ATMOSFAR servers are available.
