As soon as you have paid the invoice you can then go to our client area https://www.gtxgaming.co.uk/clientarea and click my services to instantly get your login username and password.Will my server be on 24 hours per day?Yes, your server is online 24 hours a day and should never be offline. This is one of the main reasons for renting a game server, that it will be online 24 hours a day 365 days a year.How do i cancel my server?To cancel any service with us you simply need to login to our client area https://www.gtxgaming.co.uk/clientarea and go to 'My Services'. Here you can view all of your service information and request a cancellation. If you chose the end of billing the server will remain active until the next due date. If you choose immediate cancellation the server will be deleted almost instantly before the due date. Only choose immediate cancellation if you do not want to use your server any more. If you choose the wrong option by accident then open a ticket and we can cancel the termination process before it is too late.Will I be billed automatically?When ordering you can choose two options. The subscribe option, and the checkout option. The subscribe option will create a billing agreement between yourself and GTXGaming.co.uk. Your PayPal will then send us the money automatically every month. You can cancel your PayPal subscription at any time via the PayPal website. When you cancel your server with our 'request a cancellation' button on our client area an API message will be sent to PayPal from our billing system to cancel the subscription. You can always double check the subscription does cancel. We will always refund any overpayments.Can i change to a different game after i have ordered?A lot of our game servers feature game switching. This means you can switch to any game yourself via our control panel. If you do not have a game switching button but wish to switch to another game simply open a ticket and we will be happy to change you over. What are your support hours?We are open 24 hours a day. We always have at least one staff member on in the dead of night and during the day up to 6 on at a time. What payment methods can I use?We support PayPal, credit and debit card payments, Stripe, Skrill, Moneybookers, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Etherium and a lot more cryptocurrencies.
